Payment
• Commission requests are to be done through Ko-Fi or by contacting me directly via e-mail.
• If request is done via e-mail, then payment is to be done in Euros (€) and in full upfront through Paypal. Upon accepting the commission, a Paypal invoice will be sent to the Client.• Once the invoice is sent, unless previously discussed, the Client has 10 days to pay for the commission before it is forfeited.
• No refunds after the sketch is approved, especially after the completion of the artwork. If for any reason I cannot finish the commission, the full amount will be refunded to the client.
Conditions
• Commissions are for personal use only. This includes profile pictures, wallpapers and prints for personal use. Commercial use, such as the selling of prints and/or of any other form of merchandising is strictly prohibited.
• Due to personal circumstances I do not have a set time for completing accepted commissions, and while I will get to each one of them as quick as I can, I am not likely to accept a commission if there is a tight delivery deadline.
• I will not draw sexual content.
• I will not draw anything related to inappropriate or offensive subject matters.
• Commissions may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI or any other blockchain related technology.
• I reserve the right to reject any commission request.
• I reserve the right to use any commission work in my portfolio and/or as commission samples.
• These Terms of Service may change without notice so please refer back to this page for possible updates.
• By placing an order, you agree with the Terms of Service listed above.
